616. The Governance of Malchut
Parsa is called Malchut, which stands in Bina of the Guf. Below Malchut means below the governance of receiving in order to receive. That is, he comes with thoughts of reception and cannot break loose. Hence, there must be a shattering.
Above Malchut means above the governance of Malchut, when we can break loose from thoughts of reception.
