Twice, Three Times with a Man

661. A place has been fortified for them, for the wicked in Hell, and from there, their souls come out and wander about in the world. They have no rest, and they return to Hell, and come later, and are repelled from the gates of life, and return to the world. These are the ones who blemished their circumcision and did not engage in being fruitful and multiplying.

662. Until the Creator comes and builds them, and plants and embeds them in the world, returning them for an incarnation to this world. It is like a person who planted a tree. He saw that he did not succeed; he uprooted it and planted it elsewhere. So it was many times, as it is written, “But God does all these twice, three times with a man.”

663. “For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment.” There are four doors in heaven, and in each door, appointees. The first ones are merciful; they uprooted and planted elsewhere, meaning he incarnates into this world. If he repents, the first, merciful ones, tell him, “Go out this door and we will help you come out from this door.”

664. Such as this are the second and the third. If he repents and gains as in the beginning, then the first, second, and third all become merciful and let him out. But if he comes to the fourth door, he will never come out, as it is written, “For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not revoke the punishment,” and they are the ones who blemished the holy covenant.
