390. The donkey driver said, “With what will you explain the verse, ‘And they two walked until they came to Bethlehem’? Thus far, it is about Naomi and Ruth. Afterwards, it is written, ‘And they said, ‘Is this Naomi’?’ one, and not more.” Rabbi Azaria said, “Happy are you, Israel, for even the empty ones among you, like the donkey driver, are full of Torah and good deeds.”
