Fifteen Days

257. “On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you shall have a holy convocation.” There is not one thing that is like another, both above and below. The tenth is from the assembly of Israel, implying Malchut, since the tenth day stands in the tenth Sefira, Malchut. This is why it is written, “On the tenth of this month, every man shall take for himself a lamb,” Since “on the tenth” is Malchut. Since the Sefirot had already been completed in the ten days, “every man shall take for himself a lamb.” That day, the tenth of the month, is hers, and five other days are the king’s, ZA, that day when he comes on her and fills her with her lights. This is why on the fifteenth day, Malchut is in its fullest, since on the fifth day, when the Sefirot of ZA are completed, the king sits in it on the throne, Malchut.

The ten days imply the ten Sefirot in Malchut, which clothes from the Chazeh of ZA and below. Until then, she still has nothing from the five Sefirot from the Chazeh of ZA and above, HGT and HG, since Tifferet from the Chazeh and above, and Daat, are regarded as one Sefira, since Tifferet that ascends to Bina becomes Daat in her, and with HG, they are three, and with HB, they are five. However, for another five days in the month, she attains from the five upper Sefirot from the Chazeh of ZA and above, and she is in coupling with him. Hence, on the fifteenth day, Malchut is in all the wholeness.

The tenth of the month is the ten Sefirot of Malchut that reach up to the Chazeh. The five additional days beyond the tenth of the month are the five Sefirot HBD HG above the Chazeh of ZA. After fifteen days are completed, ZA makes a coupling with her and bestows upon her from his five Sefirot from his Chazeh and above, since on the fifth day, which is ZA, the king bestows upon his throne, who is the Malchut, giving to her from the first five Sefirot.

&&258. The ten is Malchut, the five additional ones are the king’s, the first five Sefirot of ZA, for ZA is the day that comes over her. For this reason, five days from the month of Sivan is for the reception of the Torah, indicating the first five Sefirot of ZA that were bestowing in the giving of the Torah. Should the Torah not have been given on the seventh, when the two fathers, AVI are clothed in ZA, since the king is in them and then he is decorated with everything and it is appropriate to give the Torah? However, it is the same thing, the fifth and the seventh.

259. The fifth is his, indicting his five Sefirot HBD HG. At that time, Abba shines for Ima and fifty gates shine from her, to shine for the fifth, for the fifty gates of Bina shine for the five upper Sefirot of ZA. Although AVI shine within it, we speak only from his Sefirot HBD HG. This is why he is completed on the fifth. If we say that it is seventh, it is because the king is in the wholeness of the fathers, who shine in him, for his five with AVI are seven.

Also, he inherits the crown from Bina, who is called “seventh,” for if we begin the count from Yesod, you find that Bina is the seventh Sefira, as it is written, “Go forth, O ‎daughters of Zion, and gaze on King Solomon with the crown with which his mother has ‎crowned him.” Therefore, on the seventh day is the day when Bina decorates the king, ZA, with his decorations. And then the king also inherits AVI, who make a coupling and shine within him together, for with his own fie, they are seven. Hence, everything depends on one, implying the completeness of ZA when clothing AVI. However, when taking his Sefirot into consideration, then he is complete on the fifth day, and when considering AVI that are clothed in it, as well, it is complete in the seventh, and both imply the same thing.
