The Holy Idra Zuta - Daat Is ZA that Unites HB, which Are AVI
88. These AVI and a son are called HBD since when this son, ZA, takes the signs of his father and mother, when he takes and incorporates within him the HB of AVI, he is called Daat, from the word Edut [testimony], since he is a testimony to both of them, containing within him the Mochin of Abba and the Mochin of Ima. Daat decides and contains HB, and that son, Daat, is called the “firstborn son,” as it is written, “My son, My firstborn, Israel,” since ZA, Daat, is called Israel, and it is written about him, “My son, My first born, Israel.”
Because he is called the firstborn, he takes two parts: a part from Abba, Hochma, and a part from Ima, Bina. When he grows in his crowns, he takes three parts, HBD. Two parts and three parts are all one thing, since the Daat does not have within it more than the incorporation of HB, in a way that even in HBD, there are no more than two, which are HB. This and that are one since the Daat inherits the inheritance of his father and mother. This is why there are only HB in him, like his father and mother, and not more.
